I am an educator and learning & development consultant with more than 15 years of experience in HR and education.  My career has focused on training & development and Human Resources in the restaurant & retail industries and higher education.  I have experience in both small, privately-owned businesses and large, Fortune 500 organizations. 

 

I hold a BA in Psychology, MA in Organizational Management, the SHRM-SCP certification, and the Genos Emotional Intelligence Certification.  I currently teach full time at Villanova University and serve as the Associate Director of Marketing & Strategy for the Villanova Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development.  I have spoken a wide variety of global HR, Leadership, and Education conferences throughout the country and led corporate training seminars on topics including strategic HR, diversity, equity, & inclusion, organization development, and, my favorite, emotional intelligence.
